Paul joined Newcomb and Company in 1987 and manages the administrative functions of the company including finance, risk management, IT, human resources and regulatory compliance. He is a key member of the company’s executive team and is often called upon to find innovative solutions to the tasks that arise in the complex construction and service markets in which the company operates. He remains an important figure in making sure the company can continue its commitment to employees and the community.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Paul holds his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license and has memberships in the Construction Financial Management Association, (CFMA) as well as the state and national chapters of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). He is active in a leadership role at Edenton Street United Methodist Church and has served on various non-profit boards in the Raleigh area. Paul is generous with his time in the community and has spent numerous hours as a community volunteer, most recently serving as a financial literacy instructor.
