- Two HVAC maintenance visits per year: We visit our maintenance customers twice a year — once in the spring and once in the fall — to check to make sure their systems are running smoothly and have no issues. Click the “A/C and Heating Service Checklist” tab above this section to see the checklist our HVAC technicians complete during each maintenance visit.
- Service discount: Newcomb and Company Comfort Plan customers receive a discount on all heating, cooling, and plumbing services performed in their homes.
- Priority service: If something goes wrong with a maintenance customer’s HVAC system any time during the year, our Comfort Plan guarantees they’ll receive priority service.
- Manufacturers warranty service: Did you just replace your HVAC system? New units need maintenance just as often as older ones in order to prolong their life. Many manufacturers also require that you have an annual maintenance agreement to uphold the parts warranty for their equipment. As a result, we designed our Comfort Plans to preserve our maintenance customers’ HVAC warranties.
